Introduction

Well, hello and welcome to my corner of the Internet.

To start out, my name is Dreamer Horrowitz, like the title says, and this is my video production blog where I make short skits and any other video projects that tickle my fancy.

About me

For the longest time, I liked making videos. I was amazed by the art of film making throughout my childhood and I wanted to make my own (encouraged by the likes of Zoom, Arthur, and any other kids show that featured DIY video making).

When Youtube started to grow, I was immediately attracted to this portal where everyday people can make their own videos and share it, free of charge, with the rest of the world. Back then, you could post almost anything there, only needing to worry about censorship to a certain extent.

Sadly, I hardly did ANY of the film making that I wanted to do because of the advent of the "rant" video.

Even though my old channel is gone now (which I will not go into because Victorian rule), I still kept some of my old videos and I still love the idea of making your own movie. I found a great YT clone and I upload some of my stuff to Facebook as well (provided I don't tick off the algorithm in the process).

What to expect

If I could describe the type of content I like making, it would be "clean but dark." I'll start out making comedy videos but I have a very different opinion of censorship (see the "Censorship" page) and, as shown by my first serious skit, I prefer making fun of certain quirks of society (and I won't be as mean).
